Thanks for taking the time to play my game! I knew this game would take a bit more time than a typical jam game, but I never wanted the majority of that time to go into struggling through cryptic puzzle solutions.
I’ve seen a handful of folks solve the final puzzle without any help, but there’s been a TON of people commenting and dming for help, and I’d rather not spoil it in the comments, so I’m including a little visual guide to how to solve the puzzles here!
if you speak with the planet master at the start of the game, you can click on the planets and hear a low, boomy sound from them. But if you press the number keys, you’ll hear a chime come from the planet coorelated to the number you pressed 1-9 in a wholetone scale.
Once you talk to all of the dead stars and spend some time running out their timers, you’ll have found 9 of your own planets orbiting you! You can play these planets in a pentatonic scale with the 1-9 keys just like the planet master’s planets.
The planet master will give you a hint after getting all 9 planets that you can change the color of your character with the planets by typing numbers like 433 to turn red! At this point, if you look at the keyboard, you’ll see the r, e, and d keys all grouped under the 4 and 3 keys. Using the keyboard, you can convert any word into numbers.

Using the 9 planets, you can type in the word “RAINBOW” translated to 4186592 (as hinted next to the rainbow gradient above).
This will give your player a rainbow halo that will allow you to travel to the black hole! However be sure you have all of your own planets and you didn’t just use the planet master’s planets to type in this code, you won’t be able to solve the next code without most of your own planets.
